Twitching of arches and involuntary movement of toes can be a normal occurrence based on nutritional deficits, exercise regimen or lack of exercise and other problems. continue taking the Mag/Ca supplement, and make sure that you are exercising daily 30-45 minutes according to your conditioning level. Daily gentle stretches may also help, as does good supportive footware.
