Probably not: It doesn't sound like a thrush infection. Try brushing you tongue to remove the whit e coating on it. Thrush occurs in adults with a compromised immune system. The lesions are white with a cottage cheese like appearance. Mouth can be burning or painful. Pain with swallowing sometimes a loss of taste. See you dentist if you are concerned.
