Bumps: it is very unlikely to be oral thrush unless you are using inhaled corticosteroids. It could food particles or a viral infection Or strep throat

Red bumps on the back of your tongue if in a semi-circular pattern are probably taste buds. Your doctor should be able to answer this. If taste buds, this is normal. Be checked and stop worrying.
