If you are overweight, you may try to lose some excess weight by starting some sort of exercise, if you have no heart issues. Not normal: You need to check your BP 3-5 times over next few days & write down date/time. If getting #s 140+/90+, need to see your dr for medication. Caffeine can elevate BP and should be minimized, along with added salt. Good luck!
