Got better...: Your BP actually got better after you took your med. It is still elevated but not as high as it was the night before(goal usually 140/90).In any case this is something you need to discuss with your primary care provider and set goals and management depending on your specific situation.Reasons of concern are persistently elevated BP and symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath,among others.
