High BP reading. : I agree with you in that these blood pressure numbers are definitely higher than we like to see. However, if this only happened once that it might be situational and not something of long-term concern. Please check your numbers again, and continue to check them regularly. If they remain in this range, then you would be a candidate for medication and lifestyle measures.
