Monitor: First, have you monitored your pressure in the past and are the numbers you are getting now close to your average? Be concerned if the current numbers are significantly different than your baseline. If not, and you are not having a fast heart rate or lightheadedness, or dizziness, then keep an eye on it but do not panic.
