Exercise: Bicep press, preacher curl if you go to a gym and tricep exercises. You can do tricep exercises using a chair, goggle tricep exercises to see examples. Curls you can do with a pair of dumbells if you don't go to a gym. Make sure you don't do high repetitions but do no more than 6 to 8 reps with weight that fatigues your muscles. Best wishes.

There's no such : Thing as natural spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be arm fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. You can tone your arms w standing biceps curl w dumbbells, hammer curls w dumbbells, triceps kickback w dumbbells ; lying triceps extension w dumbbells.
