I noticed a painless lump on my back (beside my spine) several years ago. just the other day, i noticed it again but seems to be bigger. what is it?

Time to check it: It may be a lipoma, but cannot id over internet for sure. Should get exam to confirm that it is not something concerning.

Most likely it is a : Simple cyst or possibly a non cancerous fatty tumor called a lipoma but see you doctor for an opinion and if it irritates you thry can be treated.
