Hard lump: May be as simple as a cyst or it may be more complex. Please have the area evaluated by your General Physician, Urgent Care, or preferably a skin specialist, a Dermatologist. You require a hands-on examination, possibly imaging, possibly latests, to arrive at an accurate diagnosis.
