I have been having irritation on the left side of my throat in around tonsils area for three years. i had sinus and acute acidity.

See ENT doc: It is possible to have irritation of the throat and the airways and have symptoms not only you described but that looks like asthma due to acid reflux . I would suggest to take antacid medication like zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec and see the response .If you do not see any improvement , i would suggest to visit your pcp and then referral to ent.
