Pain in left maxillary area which show inflamed maxillary mucosal sinus, but i have a dry mouth and throat on my left side that is painful?

Inflammation?: I'm assuming there was a CT done that reported an inflamed sinus cavity. If you have an infection affecting the throat (be it viral, bacterial or otherwise) it is possible the infection involves the sinus. It is more likely, however, that the immune response has "drifted" to the sinus and that there is, in fact, no sinus infection. A physician's examination is needed for treatment decisions.
