Brush and floss: Most bad breath problems come from oral bacteria that produce the toxins that cause bepreath odor. The most important thing you can do is brush your teeth and tongue twice a day, and floa o ce a day. Have your teeth cleaned. If you so these and you still have bad breath the consider other causs, like allergies, sinus, gerd nd other GI issues.

Multitude of: Reasons for bad breath. Best thing to do initially is make sure you are brushing your teeth and tongue twice daily. Use a good mouth rinse like pro health by crest. Many foods that we eat, coffee, tobacco etc all contribute. See if that helps. Consult with a dentist for an evaluation to make sure that your gums and teeth are healthy. Hopefully all this should resolve your problem.
