Exercise & folic : Exercise and taking a vitamin with Folic Acid are two best things you can do. A healthy bmi between 19-25 will decrease your risks for complications in pregnancy. Regular cardiovascular exercise will decrease your risk for diabetes and pre-eclampsia. Good luck.
