I've developed cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. what should i be watching out for in the future?

Depends.: If you know that it's csf, then you've probably had a previous procedure. Do you still have a neurosurgeon? Infection is the primary concern, other than pure volume loss. You really want to get this checked though!

Get it fixed: If this is true, this means there is a connection between the germ infested lining of your nose and the coverings of your brain. Unless you get it fixed (surgery), expect to get meningitis and suffer the complications thereof.
