I had a "threatened" miscarriage earlier this week & went in for an ultrasound today, i seen on the screen she typed "long uterus" what does that mean?

Nothing: Certain words cause concern in the medical field, and this is not one of them. The uterus can be short, long, wide, angulated, tipped, etc. And all of these terms are just descriptors that may come into play later, like if you needed to have a procedure. I would expect if you are pregnant that you would be enlarging your uterus with fluid, which is natural. Talk to your doc - i expect routine care.

Longitudinal view: Long is abbreviation for longitudinal view of the uterus. No implication about the size of your uterus.
