As long as you smoke: A fixed bridge will not darken but your natural teeth will get darker with smoking. This. Will continue for as long as you smoke you will also face many health problems that come with smoking so stop smoking.

Smoking stain: If you have only been smoking for a few months do yourself a huge, huge favor and quit before you become addicted to smoking. Smoking any length of time will darken the teeth, and not the fixed bridge because it is porcelain most likely and not enamel. Professional tooth cleaning will remedy this, but quiting smoking will to. I have seen too many patients get cancer and die from smoking.
