I had some yellow fluid come out my noise. watery stuff. what could it be? i don't have any pains. i felt numb in my nose and mouth the prev day.

Watery mucous & WBCs: As majority water based creatures (max ~62% if lean male; ~60% lean female), we routinely use outward flow, combined with immune system (White Blood Cells) to protect from irritants, threats. When Polys or Monocyte WBCs are activated & ingesting material external to the cells & killing it, they commonly produce proteins with a yellow color, green if ingesting many bacteria; a part of the response.
