What to do: Start by returning to the dentist who removed your wisdom teeth for a post op visit and evaluation. Your nasal discharge may or may not be related. You may have to see your primary care physician as well.

Infection: May or (probably) may not be related to your surgery. Could be coincidental cold, flu, sinus infection, etc. Start with your treating Dentist or Oral Surgeon. Once dental cause ruled out then go see your Family Doctor or an ENT.
