Indirectly: Amphetamines cause sleep deprivation which lowers the immune response, and induce obsessive activities such as picking at one's skin which breaks the skin barrier. They also cause people to make bad decisions in other ways as well, such as neglecting hygiene, poor diet, high-risk behaviors, etc.

Not likely: Smoking methamphetamine is not likely to lead to infections of the skin. These are more frequently associated with the use of needles which break the skin and allow entrance of bacteria, either from the surface of the skin, contaminated needles, or contamination of the material being injected. My recommendation would be to stop using.

Yes: People on meth tend to pick on their skin that can provide a portal of entry for bacteria that infect hair follicles and result in boils.
