Unlikey: I'm glad you've read up on this. Sinus venosus asd's are rare to begin with and i'd be surprised if ultrasound missed it. Any suspicion does require a consult -- what were you told?

Second opinion: You have posted so many questions about murmurs and various diagnoses that it seems to me that you are having trouble trusting your doctor. It sounds like you're probably fine, but if you do not believe your doctor then why don't you go to a reputable cardiologist for a second opinion to put your mind at ease?

Unlikely: It is difficult to diagnose a sinus venosus ASD with standard echo views. It requires special expertise. However, it is very unlikely that you have a sinus venosus ASD if the right side of your heart is not enlarged and your second heart sound splits normally.
