S1,S2 (racepinephrine) closure, Mflow: Heart has 4 chambers: RA(Rt Atrium), LA(Lt Atrium), Rt Ventrical(RV) & Lft Ventricle(LV). There are 4 valves: Tricuspid(TV), Pulmonary(PV), Aortic(AV) & Mitral(MV). RV contraction sends blood to lungs, closes TV& opens PV. LV contraction sends blood to body, closes MV & opens AV. Valve closure sound when LV&RV contract is S1. Valve sound when LV&RV relax S2 (racepinephrine). Flow sound between S1&S2 (racepinephrine) is a S. murmur

Heart sounds: Normal first heart sound (s1) means normal closure of the two valves (tricuspid and mitral) between upper and lower chambers of the heart. Normal second heart sound (s2) means normal closure of the outlet valves (aortic and pulmonary) from bottom chambers of the heart to all body parts (systemic circulation) and lungs (pulmonary circulation). S1 and S2 (racepinephrine) can be soft, loud or abnormally split attimes
