Yes: Flow murmurs are not uncommon.The murmurs reflect an increase flow over valve can be found in anemia, pregnancy and metabolic conditions and will usually a normal echo.

Yes.: If your echo doesn't demonstrate abnormal flow or structure of a cardiac valve, then your murmur is functional, or "innocent". A murmur just mean we can hear a sound of blood flowing through your heart. It doesn't have to associated with an abnormality.
