Physiatrist evaluate: Pain in neck radiating to shoulder and sometimes hand suggests nerve impingement at level of neck or shoulder. In a twenties male angina pectoris, cervical spinal stenosis, and/or degenerative disk disease unlikely. Thoracic outlet syndrome is another consideration, as well as a mass in the upper lung. Specialist referral & imaging studies are recommendeed.
