H. Pylori: If you had h. Pylori, you should be treated for it since the treatment course is simple. Once you achieved eradication of the bacteria, you should not have symptoms from it. If continue to have this problem, you might want to assess the gallbladder. Other etiologies are possible, but less likely. I would evaluate the gallbladder next.
