Not likely: The symptoms you're describing sound more like acid reflux that is out-of-control than pain from an ulcer induced by H. Pylori. Most people who have H pylori have no symptoms from it. If you are having the symptoms mentioned above, you should see your doctor to help diagnose the issue. Good luck.
