Bleeding: Coffee ground mean upper GI bleeding. Gastric and peptic ulcer can have an abdominal pain irradiating to your back. Heartburn it's a sign of acid hypersecretion. If you are taking any Aspirin or Ibuprofen like meds stop them and stop drinking too. H. Pylori a possibility. You need to seek medical attention asap. If u throw up again go to to the emergency department, it could get worse.
