H pylori: Just started treatment or completed treatment? If just started - the medications including the PPI ( i.e. Dexilant or Prilosec) may not agree and may need change . if completed treatment and symptoms recurred, may not have been completely treated and may need another regimen to eradicate H pylori which can sometimes be difficult . F/u w/ GI / doc
