Do doctors on here read their "thank you notes"? i leave them when i have been helped, but not sure if wasting time!

Yes: Doctors enjoy reading thank-you notes, but might occasionally miss a few, if they are getting many a day. Thank-you notes remind us how much we are helping members, both in our communities and across the globe.

Yes: I like to read all of the thank you notes!

Yes!: I know that I do - and the more specific they are, the more I learn about what helps patients. Keep them coming and help us help!

We do: The software doesn't seem to let us say, "You're welcome", but it means a great deal to me to know that I've been able to help.
