It is not your liver which is on the right side. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. If you are constipated, take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

Your symptoms do not sound like they are coming from the liver, but they would require more history taking and physical exam that can be given in a short question here. You might try some liquid antacids such as Tums or Mylanta as a trial. I would start by seeing your primary care doctor. You may need to see a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
