Good doctors, i have pressure in the middle and left side of my abdomen right below the chest above the belly button after small meals feels like pressure/discomfort or like a rock or food sitting not moving could it the liver ? thank you all?

It is not your liver which is on the right side. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. If you are constipated, take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
