Car sickness : Sounds like he might have a little bit of car sickness. You could always give him an anti-emetic or anti motion sickness medication. Talk to your doctor about prescribing some. Also, do migraines run in the family or does your son get headaches/migraines? Sometimes car sickness and migraines run together in families.
