Could it be bad for the heart if you have high cholesterol and low blood sugar?

Yes: It'll mostly be the cholesterol that's doing it. High sugars can cause damage to the heart arteries too, but i'm unaware of low sugar doing the same. That said, most people with documented low sugars are diabetics taking meds for the condition, and such patients almost invariably have a degree of heart artery involvement from their condition.
