Heart risk: By your numbers, your heart risk is high. There are some things you can do to lower it, such as losing weight if you are obese, stopping smoking, and following a good diet, but yours is high enough that it is unlikely you will be able to lower it adequately with just those measures, particularly since you're diabetic. I would discuss this with your doctor. Medications may be best for you.
