Chances of having blocked lad in 38 yr old woman, 28bmi, just tested borderline high for cholesterol after never showing high whole life, normal echo july 2020 and ekgs, recent xray shows no enlargement of heart, blood work shows no heart damage?

No idea: There is NO way we can tell what may be affecting your cardiac function, and have no clue as to status of LAD, a critically important artery. Appears doctors are already involved, so, have a comprehensive conference with those who know you best. A coronary angiogram may be important.
