No: Uric acid is a marker for heart disease but does not cause heart disease. Elevated cholesterol at your age ( unless you have an inherited form with very high levels) is probably not the cause. See a cardiologist. At your age an inherited valve problem, viral infection, neurologic disease, or autoimmune disease are the likely cause. This can also be normal if you are athletic.
