You would also feel: Better if you didn't eat anything. Don't reinforce incorrect behavior. Your body won't let your blood sugar drop below normal. You're probably overweight and what you feel is your body having to work had to drop your sugar back to normal. The treatment is diet and exercise and weight loss, not eating extra food which will only make it worse long-term.
