Eating: You will need to discuss it with a doc and have a work up done to determine the cause of your problem. Hypoglycemia is unlikely after you eat. Blood pressure dropping can be determined by checking blood pressure before and after you eat, but that would be unusual. There may be a stomach issue or issue with your gastrointestinal tract propelling activity, but again this needs to be looked at.

Are you overweight?: Because if you are, you could help yourself by losing weight through diet and exercise. Blood sugar doesn't ever "drop" below normal or decrease your hunger. If these symptoms keep recurring you need to be e3valuated by your doctor.
