What can i do if my blood glucose level is 112 and hemoglobin a1c is 6.8, is it high?

High glucose: Both are high. The glucose (presumably fasting) says "impaired fasting glucose", and the a1c says "diabetes". Time to get serious about weight, diet, exercise. See your doctor.
