How can i confirm whether i have diabetes or not?

Blood sugar: A simple fasting blood sugar will tell you, or a HGB a1c test. Normal fasting glucose is 100 or less. Diabetes is 126 or higher. Impaired glucose tolerance is another term that is based on a glucose tolerance test where the 2 hr glucose is too high (between 140-199). See your doctor.
