I had a kidney stone a few months ago (ct confirmed). the lab results at the er said i had +1 protein, +1 ketones, and high anion gap (13). why is that? i did throw up that morning? i don't have diabetes and my creatinine and egfr were normal too?

If I eat high-oxalate food or meat, I have severe right kidney pain, short of breath..CT, MRI, and X-ray show zero stones...normal labs...any ideas?
