Not right away: I would wait about one week before getting on a roller coaster. This will decrease the chances of delayed healing.

At some point: That would be a very bad idea until your own dentist who knows you and your specific circumstances gives you the ok. You run risk of more bleeding and delayed healing. As much as you want to go, it would be wise to wait and not be sorry you took the chance.
