1-2 weeks depending : If you were premedicated with antibiotics it may take less than a week. If not, and depending on the surgical skill of the doctor, it could take 1-2 weeks. If it lasts longer than that it must be checked by your dentist.

Infection: If you get a dry socket or infection in your sockets after wisdom teeth removal you will have swollen nodes which is a sign of infection which will last as long as it takes for your body to get rid of the infection.
