Should you have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted if only one impacted?

Usually: Usually extracting these teeth is a preventative measure to avoid future issues. Why not do it in one shot and avoid multiple appts and multiple instances of pain.

Maybe: Let's say the upper right wisdom tooth is in place, but the lower right wisdom tooth is impacted, and that the upper and lower left wisdom teeth are erupted, but they do not meet when biting. In that case, it would be better to have all removed to prevent future problems. Additionally, if you are prone to decay, removal is advised.
