Antihistamines,decon: Otc antihistamines such as claritin, allegra, zyrtec, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) etc should control all symptoms of nasal allergy except congestion so add oral decongestant. If need rapid relief from congestion try oxymetazoline spray but not longer than 3 days. Im or oral steroids work the best and very rapidly but would need to see md for rx.
