My nose is completely blocked. i used drops for 5 days didnt help. drank lemsip nothing. sometimes its runny but now its blocked. what else could i do?

Decongestant: Temporary use of inhaled oxymetazoline (Afrin) for 3 days or oral pseudoephedrine (sudafed) will provide temporary relief for virus (cold) symptoms. If allergic, nasal steroid spray and antihistamine may also help. Gentle saline nasal irrigations can also help. If symptoms persist, see your physician.
