Hi i have a blocked nose, a headache and a slight cough. started two days ago, i have been taking sinustat for flu. seems i am getting worse though?

Possibly Covid-19: It is very possible that you have Covid-19. Self-isolate so that you don't spread the virus, and treat the symptoms: Acetaminophen for body aches/headaches, decongestant for blocked nose, Cough meds for cough. Drink lots of fluids, especially electrolyte solutions and get lots of rest. If you need confirmation for work you can get tested.

COVID testing: Since you are experiencing flu symptoms and worsening, I would suggest a COVID screening test and influenza screening. Treat symptoms, monitor your temperature and use Tylenol rather than Motrin for fever control. Drink fluids, rest and have a flu vaccination. Watch for difficulty breathing and if this occurs, please see the ED.
