Blisters intact?: If the blisters are intact drain them leaving the skin in place as a "biological" bandage. Ther are also products that are sold as a second skin that can be usefull. If the blisters have already opened cove them with a "second" skin product and try to eliminate the source of friction.

First: Get rid of any friction that caused it. You can drain it with a sterile needle but leave cover intact, acts to protect the area. Cover with triple antibiotic ointment and bandage. Watch for infection and see doctor if no improvement.
