Leave Alone: They will pop on there own in most cases and do not remove the cover. If that painful take a sterile needle boiled in water to pop it.

Be careful: Pop with a sterile instrument after cleansing the skin. Don't demo of the blister rather pop it and expel the fluid......Then apply a topical antiseptic like betadine and cover with a band aid.
