None: Cataracts are a structural change in the natural lens of the eye frequently disturbing vision. Congenital ones are those present at birth - some minor but others larger causing disturbance of vision. For those, treatment may be advised to preserve vision. No "natural" remedies exist. See your pediatric ophthalmologist for advice.
