What to do if i have congenital cataracts.. its really frustrating when i can't read the board at school and stuff. is anyone going through the same thing ?

Cataract: You should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist and consult with them about the severity of your cataract and if surgery would be beneficial and is indicated for you. I am sure there are people out there going through the same thing and i would give them the same recommendation.
